BOL STREAM — Enterprise Data Management Project
Enterprise data management platform for Business Online Public Company. A multi-phase initiative covering data consolidation, entity resolution, knowledge graph, NLP enhancement, governance, and a pilot launch for financial institutions.
Current Focus
Project has been bootstrapped in Jira (project key: STREAM). Next step is reviewing the M1 epic stories and assigning priorities to kick off the Discovery & Foundation phase.

- Review STREAM Jira board and assign sprint priorities to M1 (Discovery & Foundation) stories
- Read through source strategy document to understand Crown Jewels scope (STREAM-2)
- Identify which team members own each epic area
- Set up first sprint with M1 stories

- Used Claude + Atlassian MCP to auto-generate Jira epics and stories from the BOL Stream Strategy Document — first time using this workflow at scale
- 7 Epics, 24 Stories created in one session (STREAM-1 through STREAM-31)
- Spec-driven Jira setup via Claude is a reusable pattern for future projects
