CreditX — Corporate Credit Officer Workflow Tool

A productized daily workflow tool for Corporate Credit Officers, built on top of BOL’s existing CorpusX (data) and TradeX (trade signals) infrastructure. Turns manual spreadsheet-and-email credit workflows into a structured, auditable product.

Current Focus

Architecture and prototype complete. Next step is field validation — testing persona demand with real corporate credit officers and validating the hour-based pricing model before investing in the full backend decision-record feature.

Open Tasks

  • Run 3–5 field conversations with corporate credit officers to validate persona demand
  • Test pricing acceptance: ฿90K/40hr entry tier vs seat license alternatives
  • Size backend build cost for decision-record / audit trail feature
  • Confirm TradeX critical mass timeline (dependency for Concentration Overlay / Plus tier)
  • Define what “field validation success” looks like — conversion threshold, feedback criteria

Key Decisions / Insights

  • Architecture = CorpusX data layer + TradeX signals → CreditX workflow layer; not a separate platform
  • Hour-based pricing (฿2,250/hr, ฿90K/40hr entry) fits corporate departmental budgets better than seat licenses — but unvalidated
  • Structural moat: credit committee decision records become load-bearing audit trails → hard to migrate
  • 5 pillars: real unmet need, deepens existing stack, cross-product compounding, accessible pricing, audit-trail lock-in
  • Persona is corporate-side credit officer (not bank-side credit analyst) — depth of market unknown

Risks

  • Persona bet on corporate-side credit may be shallow — key assumption to validate first
  • Concentration Overlay (best Plus feature) blocked until TradeX reaches critical mass
  • Backend decision-record build cost not yet sized

People

  • Khun Pim — example persona: Thai industrial company credit officer, uses spreadsheets + email today

Progress Log

2026-05-20

Explored full product concept in CreditX conversation. Architecture and prototype done. Identified that the immediate bottleneck is persona validation and pricing acceptance, not further building. Effort note created to track field validation work.

2026-05-21

Re-reviewed the CreditX product concept in a fresh conversation. All 5 pillars and risks remain consistent with the 2026-05-20 analysis — no new information changed the picture. Confirmed that architecture and prototype are done and the path forward is field validation. Open tasks unchanged.
