M-Flow Figma Design Review & Jira Documentation

Review the M-Flow app Figma designs, analyze the member user journey, surface design improvements, and document them as Jira issues for the development team.

Current Focus

Conversation ended with Claude asking for the Jira project key to create improvement issues. Need to provide the key (likely MFLOW, WEB, or DEV) and let Claude create the tickets.

Open Tasks

  • Provide Jira project key (check phuriwaj.atlassian.net — format is KEY-123, e.g. MFLOW, WEB, DEV)
  • Create Jira issues for the design improvement suggestions surfaced in review
  • Decide on Figma plan: upgrade from Starter to remove MCP tool call cap, or work around it
  • Complete the FigJam flowchart for M-Flow Member User Journey
  • Finalize the Speckit epic spec (was drafted but not submitted due to tool limit)

Key Decisions / Insights

  • Figma file is “Cover - Website” page — M-Flow member-facing app
  • Screens reviewed: Home (Member), Toll History, Account Settings, Mobile
  • Member journey: Login → Home (balance, pending items, shortcuts) → Toll History / Account Settings
  • Design improvements flagged: inconsistent spacing (16px mobile vs 24–96px desktop), padding inconsistencies across breakpoints
  • Figma Starter plan hits MCP tool call limit — blocks deeper visual analysis; Claude fell back to memory of what was already seen
  • FigJam diagram + Speckit epic spec were both requested — need to complete after tool limit resets

Progress Log

2026-05-23

First Figma review session. Claude accessed the file via Figma MCP, found 1 page (“Cover - Website”), analyzed M-Flow member journey screens. Generated a Speckit epic spec and proposed a FigJam flowchart. Provided design improvement suggestions based on visual review (spacing, padding). Attempted to create Jira issues but hit missing-project-key blocker. Also hit Figma Starter plan MCP tool call limit mid-session, limiting further visual inspection. Session ended incomplete — needs Jira key to proceed.
